About Anran DHT

Digital heat treatment grounded in the real workpiece and production evidence

Anran DHT is the digital heat-treatment business of Luoyang Anran S&T Co., Ltd. We start from internal temperature curves in the real workpiece and link quenchants, fixtures and measurement equipment to post-quench hardness, microstructure and properties.

Scope · Method · Evidence

Commercial scope

Water-based polymer quenchants, quenching oils, custom quench fixtures, cooling-characteristic testing and internal workpiece temperature measurement.

Engineering method

Define the material and workpiece boundary, match the medium and fixture, measure the actual process and lock a traceable operating window.

Evidence policy

Published values are tied to the stated sample, method and condition. Unreferenced crack-rate, life and cost claims are not treated as universal guarantees.

Core Method

A standard probe shows the medium response; the real workpiece shows how the part cools

A standard-probe result is not the surface or core result of a production workpiece. Water-based organic polymer quenchants thermally decompose and burn off on a hot workpiece, forming a protective surface film that changes interfacial heat transfer. Actual cooling also depends on material, effective section, geometry, surface, bath temperature, kinematic viscosity, relative motion, loading and transfer.

Medium baseline

Standard-probe measured curves compare media and document the response of the stated probe and test conditions.

Real process

Multi-point internal temperature curves record the actual cooling intervals and are not replaced by a probe curve.

Result assessment

Internal curves are checked against post-quench hardness, microstructure and properties. The system boundary ends at the quench result; tempering is set separately by the user.

Project Workflow

How a project is handled

01

Collect inputs

Material, drawing, section, mass, target properties, current process and tank.

02

Define the boundary

Transformation, hardenability, distortion, cracking and installed-equipment constraints.

03

Select and test

Medium, fixture, probe curve, internal temperature or first-article plan as required.

04

Close the loop

Link parameters, batch records and inspection results before production release.

Start with the workpiece and the current process

Send the material grade, dimensions/mass, target properties and current problem. We respond across quenchant, fixture, measurement and process layers.
